Design a more intuitive and accessible online experience that serves tenants, prospective renters, and investors while reducing maintenance requests and simplifying daily operations for staff.

Solution:

Built a responsive Wix website focused on user experience and efficiency. Added bilingual accessibility tools, simplified navigation and backend functions, created a tenant self-help library to reduce maintenance requests, and launched with an email and social media campaign to drive awareness.

When I’m not working on projects, I love spending time outdoors, going on nature walks, reading, or just enjoying simple moments with my family.
